Mindset
What we had:
Mike “Reezy” Rezendes, an Amazon FBA reseller with a significant online presence boasting 475k+ YouTube subscribers, 100k+ Instagram followers and a 40k+ strong email subscriber base, faced a notable challenge in developing his own high-ticket program. Despite his extensive reach and engaged audience, several hurdles hindered his progress in this venture.
Challenges:
Firstly, transitioning from content creation to program development requires a shift in mindset and skill set. While Reezy excelled in producing valuable content and building a loyal following, crafting a structured program demands a different set of abilities such as curriculum design, strategic planning, community and client management.
For many years, Reezy was a strong advocate to make information and education available for everybody by giving the information away for free.
Moreover, Reezy’s perfectionist tendencies or fear of failure have paralyzed his progress or led to procrastination. Overcoming self-doubt and embracing a mindset of continuous improvement and iteration is crucial for navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship and achieving success.
Solution:
Meanwhile, free info from a YouTube video usually doesn’t lead to much action for most viewers. But those who are serious and actually act on the information are more than willing to pay for better-quality content, a supportive community, networking opportunities, and direct access to the creator for deeper insights.
The Purchase of the program for a student creates a commitment so this way it’s actually the student’s self interest to invest, be accountable and those who really take the program seriously the Return on Investment comes back very very fast. In some cases, within a couple of months.
This is what eventually flipped and convinced Reezy to see the true value in a Paid High Ticket Community.
PROGRAM CREATION
Challenges:
Identifying the most lucrative and relevant offerings for his audience posed a significant challenge. Understanding the unique needs, preferences, and pain points of his diverse subscriber base is crucial for developing a high-ticket program that resonates with them and delivers tangible value.
Another obstacle was a lack of clarity or confidence in his program’s value proposition. Clearly articulating the benefits, outcomes, and unique selling points of his program is essential for attracting and converting potential customers, yet this requires a deep understanding of his audience’s needs and desires.
Solution:
As an agency, we recognized the unique challenges facing Reezy in developing his own high-ticket program and devised a comprehensive solution to unlock his earning potential.
Firstly, we conducted in-depth market research and audience analysis to identify the most lucrative and relevant opportunities for Reezy’s program. It was mainly done by IG Story questions, eMail surveys from the eMail list and Reezy’s previous experience and feedback of occasional 1:1 students, YouTube video comments.
We also ran him through the “PBM Winning Offer Questionnaire”, – that is shared with you as well in the Bonus materials of the Personal Brand Machine Book – and that is how we created the Program.
In short, it does have 4 major structural element:
- Video Course: that takes someone with 0 experience to everything the student needs to know to succeed
- Weekly group coaching calls: This part creates accountability, creates connection between the student and the creator and makes space to ask specific questions that the individual has. While the video course contains all necessary information, you know how life is … there are always specific details and circumstances that needs to be addressed
- 1:1 30 minute Onboarding call with Reezy: This is a huge part for multiple reasons. Reezy literally knows every single student’s situation. From a teaching point of view, it gives invaluable insight to what’s going on in the market and from a financial point of view it decreases the rates of refunds and disputes because we do not let people get distracted, lost in the program so they would give up before making a single sale on Amazon.
- Community: We do have a community where students can ask questions and interact with each other. It’s a key factor to have a beast community manager here that inspires people to interact, take action, collects common questions and brings to the creator’s attention, replies fast to any questions that he/she can answer.
Pricing
Challenges:
Reezy had encountered difficulties in determining the pricing strategy for his program. Setting the right price point requires thorough market research, competitor analysis, and consideration of perceived value, all of which can be complex and time-consuming tasks.
Solution:
We provided hands-on support and guidance throughout the program development process, assisting Reezy in clarifying his value proposition, refining his pricing strategy, and overcoming technical barriers. By offering strategic advice and actionable insights, we empowered Reezy to navigate the complexities of program delivery with confidence and clarity.
The main focus in a business opportunity niche like Amazon FBA is ROI (Return on Investment). So we approached it from this standpoint. Our target was to have the students the ability to make a return on their investment within 3 – 9 months.
Obviously some people will learn faster, have more time, more hunger than others and there is also a little bit of luck element as always in business, but 3 – 9 month was our target if someone actually watch the course material, regularly attend on calls and execute the knowledge which is the MOST IMPORTANT part.
Let’s see the numbers, shall we?
Based on Reezy’s experience, we assumed that within 3 months, people can hit a $10k/month revenue level with 15-50% profit.
In this case, in the 4th month, a student can make somewhere between $1,500 and $5,000. This was exactly the range where we priced the high ticket program.
Think of it this way. If someone shows you this math and tells you that you will actually have the knowledge for the rest of your life to create revenue. Would you be excited to buy it? Of course you would, you would be literally net profitable from Month 5.
If you are convinced yourself from the buyer’s perspective, you can imagine that it will not be hard to sell this course on a sales call.
When you create your own high ticket you always have to keep in mind how the buyer will perceive the value of the course. If it’s business opportunity it can be math and ROI based, if it’s health, wellness, or other fields of life it can be less objective of a measurement but the same approach applies in those scenarios as well.
Are you curious if our estimation was correct and students did in fact reach these results? You will find out later in this case study.
Operations and Executions
Challenges:
The time and effort required for program development have strained Reezy’s resources. Balancing content creation, business operations, and program development was overwhelming, particularly for a solo entrepreneur like Reezy who is already stretched thin managing various aspects of his business.
Additionally it’s always a continuous challenge to scale up. Every single campaign, lead magnet, funnel dies after a while. Some stay short some stay long but we always have to be ready to renew ourselves and build out new lead flows, strategies as the Program scales. You will see in great detail how we managed to do it.
Solution:
As we were building out the program we have lifted a big chunk of the responsibility from Reezy’s shoulders. We as The Creators’ League took care of the program creation, sales and setter scripts, sales and setter team management, funnel and CRM infrastructure, funnel copywriting, VSL (Video Sales Letter) script writing, email copywriting, paid ads management, just to mention a few. (Detailed breakdown below.)
As a result Reezy was able to stick to the only thing he loves, teaching Amazon FBA.
This includes 4 major task groups:
– Creating content for YouTube
– Creating content for the Students
– Hosting live calls with the Students
– Having 1:1 calls with the Students
We do everything we can so Reezy spends the majority of his time on these tasks only.
There are a few admin work around teaching students such as scheduling 1:1 calls, reply to questions in the community, email inbox management which is handled by a Virtual Assistant / Community manager (1 person for both roles)
So let’s see how exactly we implemented the program step by step with Reezy and what are the exact responsibilities in terms of operations:
Step 1:
- Market and brand research using: (1 week)
- the PBM Winning Offer document
- IG Story questions
- eMail list survey
- Creating the Program based on the PBM Winning Offer document (1 week)
- Reezy created the Program materials (3 weeks)
- We build an eMail launch campaign strategy and wrote and 8 day eMail sequence to the 40k+ eMail list with the CTA of Apply for the so called “Success 100” which is the Reselling Academy’s first 100 students (1 week – parallelly with Reezy’s Program recording)
- We have built out the infrastructure (2 weeks- parallelly with Reezy’s Program recording):
- Funnel infrastructure (Survey page, book a call page, thank you page)
- eMail automation system
- CRM system
- Hire and Train Sales and Setter Staff with the sales script that you can find the Book’s Bonus materials
- Book a call calendar system with Zoom integrated
- Community system
- Course infrastructure
- After sales onboarding flow (eMail sequence, Reezy 1-on-1 scheduling, course and community access)
- Once the infrastructure was done, we have scripted each videos that needed to be implemented in the funnel steps. (1 week)
- Then Reezy recorded and edited them (2 weeks)
- During the launch, we have all monitored the results (eMail open rates, applications) and analysed how the campaign performs.
This is one single launch campaign. But it can go so far, right? 8 days and done.
Step 2:
As a second step we started regular weekly newsletters (3 / week), to keep the communication about the program flowing.
The healthy ratio of Value / Sales letters are 80/20%. 80% being value, 20% being sales. During the campaign period it can be the other way around for a short period of time, so that’s what we did. 2 out of 3 emails were about sales and had CTA of Booking a call for the Reselling Academy.
Then we slowly started to move toward 2 value mail / week and 1 sales mail / week.
This can already be considered as an evergreen campaign that can be ran by a copywriter.
Step 3:
But we did not stop here. We opened a new lead flow, implemented a Free Course Opt-in Page where people can watch a crash course on Amazon FBA to start their journey for free. Lots of people joined and the good part is, within a membership are we can actually see a progress report who consumes the material and who doesn’t. This is valuable insight to our sales team whom to contact.
There are also 2 key elements to increase interaction of people who opt-in to the free course:
- We are constantly writing newsletters to these people with valuable information to motivate and nurture them to consume and learn from the free course
- We have implemented an email and text message flow so at every major step in the free course, we motivate and nurture people to keep going with it.
Step 4:
As a step 4, we launched paid ads towards low ticket digital products. E-books, quick start guides, etc.
The main target with low ticket products in this industry is to liquidate ad cost, so essentially it’s free attention grab and lead source that can be turned into customers in the high ticket program.
The good part is that it is infinitely scalable beyond the organically built audience that Reezy or any creator has.
The hard part is that the low ticket products have to be really good and valuable as the market gets really saturated with this strategy as you are reading this.
This leads to lot’s of testing, iterations.
All in all, these are the 4 steps that lead us to reach $30-$40k months with Reezy.
If you are reading this considering launching your program you have 2 options in terms of operations.
- You hire an agency that does for you so you can exclusively focus on content creation (which is actually the ideal life for a creator such as yourself)
- You learn and run the show for yourself
If you choose the first option, feel free to reach out to us, *wink, wink*
If you prefer to run it for yourself, here is a basic infrastructure that you will need to have to run a HighTicket for yourself:
- Content calendar, regular content production (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X)
- Clean link and bio structure in your social profiles which should lead to 1 single CTA (Call To Action) This is generally a Book a Call or a downloadable freebie so you can build an email list
- 1 Main Video Sales Letter on your YouTube channel that explains your offer and all of the other videos should lead to this main video. It should also be set as the main video on the channel
- Calendar (Calendly, GoHighLevel)
- Sales Funnels (GoHighLevel, Clickfunnels)
- Membership/Community platform (Skool, GoHighLevel)
- Payment Gateway (Stripe)
- Zoom account for sales and coaching calls
Along with the Personal Brand Machine Book and Bonus materials you can have an even more in-depth look into how we operate an entire education business using these tools.

FEEDBACKS OF MARIO’S STUDENTS
Flo Charaway
“Trust the process… it works”
I wanted to share my progress with everyone! I started my Amazon journey in November 23. I had a great December month doing mostly FBM to get people their orders out for Christmas. After December though my sales crashed… and I was stuck at 2–4K in sales. I joined Reezy’s program the last week of January and watched a lot of his course video. I spent most of February watching videos, doing the live calls and sourcing. In March I started applying the software (Aura repricer and Inventory Lab) and that’s when my sales exploded. I reached 10K in sales that same month and I reached $10k in sales again this month in 22 days. His program works but you have to do the work and trust the process. Go sourcing, make shipments and trust his expertise! My next goal is $20k in sales a month and making $5k profit a month but it is gonna take time! I am just sharing this to show you that it is possible! Don’t get discouraged and keep pushing through! We are a team and don’t hesitate to reach out if you need some help! We are in this together! Can’t wait to hear about everyone success and all the members that are way more advanced than me! Thank you Reezy!”
